In addition, we intend to include your personal information including name, age, location, occupation and affliction. Once the transcript is received by us it becomes our property to use, copy, publish, etc. We offer no compensation to you or your heirs now or in the future.
In order to preserve your hard work, we reserve the right to correct any errors in your handwritten transcript.
We reserve the right to not include your transcript for any reason.
