Individuals transcribe, in their handwriting, chapters of the Bible.
As chapters are completed and mailed to us, they are proof-read for accuracy. If the handwritten transcription is acceptable (legible and accurate) we file them for the first publication of the Handwritten Bible. The acceptance of a chapter will generate a confirmation mailing (not email) to the transcriber letting them know that their transcription has been accepted and that they have a permanent place in edition (x) of Handwritten Bible
When all the books of the Bible have been received, God willing, we intend to publish all the contributions as one Holy Bible. In addition, we would like to include, perhaps in the back of the book, a list of contributers with their personal information. An example may look something like:
Janet Paulsen, 64, retired bookeeper, Berkely California, Lonliness, Genesis 1
If multiple copies of the same chapter are received the second, third (etc) submission will be filed for subsequent printings. Hopefully this effort will result in many different editions of the Handwritten Bible.
